Ok, well here's a few tips to make a good group.
1. Make it a subject that you, and others would like to be in. 2. Explain it thoroughly so there's no confusion. 3. Make a member list so people know who's in the group. 4. Have group discussions
And to make an Official KM Group, make the group contribute to the success of KM.
